Water Bar – Palm Beach Gardens, FL
Amazing Seafood! I went with a group of 11 people, with a outdoor table on a beautiful night. This is in the PGA Commons across the street from “Main Street” at Midtown. It is generally a nice area, but parking can be a pain. We were staying at the Double tree 0.5 miles away. We certainly could have walked there quicker!
The bread was fine, but nothing to write home about, however, it came in handy for their great spinich and artichoke dip.
We started with some sampler appetizer platters which were fine. I had the Coconut? Yellowtail Snaper. It was amazing. It was lightly fried with coconut rice, a small touch of aoili and asian vegetables. It was well worth the ~$32. My wife had the salad with Lobster. At ~$22 it was a steal. It seemed to have about 4 large lobster claws on top of a nice salad with avocado. There was no mayo (and I generally hate mayo) which also says something about the quality of the lobster (i.e., they don’t need to hide it).
Everyone else at the table seemed very happy with their meals as well.
I would certainly return to the Water Bar if I was in the area.
